Is LMain RMM a good fit if we currently use a different RMM?

Yes. Most customers migrate in parallel: LMain is deployed to a pilot group first, then expanded site by site. Our onboarding team provides agent roll-out scripts, policy templates and report parity so you can compare directly.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is per managed device, per month. There are no per-technician fees and no artificial caps on scripts, policies, alerts or users within your plan. Annual billing carries a lower rate. Volume agreements are available for fleets of 500+ devices.

Where is data stored?

Customer operational data is processed in US regions. For regulated workloads, dedicated data residency and isolated tenancy are available on the Scale plan. See our Privacy Policy and Data Security section for details.

Do we own our data and reports?

Yes. You can export devices, policies, audit logs, reports and CRM data at any time through the UI or API. No data hostage situations.
