Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

LMain ("LMain", "we", "us" or "our") is a US-based software company operating the LMain RMM platform (the "Service"). Our office is located at 2297 WY-789, Rawlins, WY 82301, United States. You can reach us at Info@lmain.info or by phone at +1 (307) 544-2122.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website (lmain.info), the LMain application, sales and support interactions, and marketing activities. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to but do not operate.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

  • Contact details — name, work email, company, phone (optional) and role when you request a demo, book a meeting, or subscribe to updates.
  • Account details — authentication identifiers (e.g. SSO subject), display name and assigned role within your organization's workspace.
  • Billing details — legal entity, billing contact, tax identifiers and payment method information (handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Support content — messages, attachments, screenshots or logs that you share with us when seeking assistance.

3.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device metadata.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

3.3 Customer data processed on behalf of customers

When your organization uses the Service, LMain acts as a processor for the telemetry, configuration, logs and other data your organization sends into the Service ("Customer Data"). Our handling of Customer Data is governed by the written agreement between LMain and your organization.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service.
  • To respond to requests, support cases and sales inquiries.
  • To send transactional emails (service notices, billing, security alerts).
  • With your consent, to send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and protect LMain, our customers and the public.

5. Legal bases

We process personal information on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract with you or your organization; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; your consent (where applicable); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers — infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, payment processing and customer support tools that act on our instructions under contract.
  • Your organization — administrators of your workspace can access account and usage information related to that workspace.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, court order or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to confidentiality commitments.

7. International transfers

LMain primarily processes data in the United States. If we transfer personal information from other jurisdictions to the US, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual commitments with service providers.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for the additional periods required by applicable law. Customer Data is retained according to the subscription agreement and deleted or returned on request after termination, subject to backup rotation schedules.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, MFA for operator accounts, monitoring and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use strong authentication and to report suspected incidents to us.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, port, restrict or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at Info@lmain.info. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can submit a verifiable request to the contact details above.

11. Children

Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We will update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email (to your account contact) or by a prominent notice on the website, with an updated effective date.
