Do you charge per technician?

No. LMain pricing is per managed device. You can add operators to your workspace at no extra cost — the plan is about the fleet you manage, not the size of your team.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Monthly plans are genuinely month-to-month. Annual plans are billed upfront at a reduced rate; both can be cancelled according to the terms in your service agreement.

What happens if my device count fluctuates?

Device count is metered. If you exceed the plan tier, you're either moved to the next tier at the next billing cycle or billed at the documented overage rate — always clearly itemized.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a scheduled demo and a structured pilot program rather than a self-serve free tier. This keeps the pilot useful: real data, real outcomes, with onboarding guidance.

Can we pay by invoice, ACH or card?

Yes. US customers can pay by credit card, ACH or invoice. Annual contracts can be invoiced with standard net terms. International billing is supported via wire.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes. Qualified non-profits and K-12 / higher-education institutions can request preferred pricing through our contact form.
